Tiedown brackets and spacers
30th December 2009
 Today I got the 4 spacers made that fit behind the tiedown brackets. They are fabricated from Ali bar stock as shown below.
Bar stock cut to length for spacers.
Drilling the lightening holes in the spacers...nice and slowly.
So far so good.
- match drilling the spacers and tiedown brackets to the spar.
Then I prepped all the tiedown parts and rear spar components ready for priming. I’ll do that tomorrow.Â
Ready for paint.
