Deburred the elevator stiffeners and skins then dimpled all the holes. This took ages! I dimpled the stiffeners with the squeezer and the skins with the DRDT-2 dimpler.

Today I made a backrivet plate from an old piece of steel I had lying around. I sanded and polished up one side with the angle grinder. This will be used between two pieces of carpet as shown below for riveting the stiffeners onto the rudder and elevator skins.

Wings ordered today, should be here early March.

Riveted the VS skin onto the skeleton. VS all done (except the fibreglass tips, which come later).

Set up the paint gun and primed the VS skin and the Left rudder skin and stiffeners.
