Foamworks are proud to be the New Zealand and Australian agents for the STEP-FOUR range of CNC routers and foam cutting machines.
We have been operating both a STEP-FOUR CNC router and a STEP-FOUR CNC hot wire foam cutting machine flawlessly since 1996 and both these machines are used in the manufacturing of our range of kits.

CNC Routers / Milling Machines

The STEP-FOUR range of milling machines offer a number of systems to suit every user. From low cost solutions for the home hobbiest, to high-speed, high-end machines ideal for medium to large scale fabrication.
The ability to work with almost any material makes the STEP-FOUR milling system an ideal tool for model and sample building, handicraft and trade, advertising technology, educational and training purposes.

The STEP-FOUR professional milling software works with all current CAD, signmaking and graphic design programs and has the option to process 3D objects for 3D milling.

		CNC Foam Cutting Machines STEP-FOUR offer several different sized CNC foam cutting machines. While the smaller machines are ideally suited to cutting foam for model aircraft wings and other parts, the larger series of machines have the added ability to cut packaging, advertising material, full size aircraft parts and any other arbitary shape you can imagine. Most expanded and extruded foams can be processed including expanded and extruded polystyrene and expanded polyproplene. The specially developed STEP-FOUR cutting software makes the job creation process easy and takes care of such things as burn and speed compensation and material selection.
