When do we ship?
Orders are normally shipped within 24hrs of confirmation of payment. If this
is not possible (due to stock levels etc) we will notify you by email. For credit
card orders this will be the same day you order. If you choose cheque or bank
deposit as your payment method we will ship your order when payment has been
received and cleared.
How do we ship?
For orders within New Zealand goods will be dispatched via courier and a signature
will be required on delivery. If you will not be home to sign for the goods
we suggest you have them delivered to your place of business. Our shipping cart
has the facility to nominate separate billing and delivery addresses.
International consignments are sent via standard airmail to most countries.

Where do we ship?
Generally we will ship worldwide. There are some exceptions however and if your
country is not listed in our 'customer details' page please email us to arrange
special delivery.
Prohibited Items
Please note that some products such as aerosol adhesives can not be shipped
outside New Zealand. This is indicated on the description of such products.
If you are based outside New Zealand and order these products by mistake we
will email you to notify you that these items will not be included in your shipment
and you will not be charged for them.
Damages
Where possible you should inspect your goods upon receipt before signing for
the delivery. We realise that this is not always possible and should you find
any damage that has occured to you order while in transit please notify us with
in 3 days of receipt of the goods so we can arrange replacement.
Warranties & Returns
We honour any manufacturers warranty that applies for the products we sell.
Where possible we will arrange repair or replacement for goods that have a manufacturers
fault or fail under normal conditions of use for 12 months from the date of
purchase.
PLUS we offer a 7 day change of mind return policy which applies as follows:
If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase, simply return
it to us in original condition within 7 days of purchase for a full refund (excluding
shipping costs).
