Foamworks respects your privacy. Information we collect
from you is used to process and deliver you order, and keep you informed of your
orders status during this process. In addition you can choose whether you receive
product information and updates via our Newsletter and Notifications services.
The default selection for these is 'no' meaning that after you order has processed,
we will not contact you or send you any promotional material unless you request
it. You can view, change or delete any of your personal account settings and information
at any time via the 'My Account' section of this website.
All payment information is destroyed after you
order has been processed. This means we may have to contact you to obtain your
credit card details should we need to issue a refund or credit. We will email
you if this is necessary.
